Chris, Ashley, and the entire team at Superior Fire LLC have been fantastic to work with. They installed the the fire alarm system at the preschool where I’m the director and did so with great attention to detail and timeliness. Any issues that have come up in the 2 years since the installation are addressed right away. One of the things I appreciate most of all and that illustrates how they are indeed superior is the follow up calls I get from Ashley including on the weekends regarding any issues I may have. She takes time away from her own family so she can check on clients like myself to make sure everything is okay. They routinely go above and beyond. As long as they are in business they will always be my first choice!
I have known Chris Bique, as a fire alarm technician, for over 18 years. The fire system at the College of Lake County was continuously in trouble and the fire alarm company at the time could not seem to fix it. I was impressed by the their attention to detail. They are very conscientious and are professional, knowledgeable and reliable. The work space was left neat and clean when the tech left each day.
